HomeMy WebLinkAboutBZA 154-524 (1023, 1025 4th St);- RESOLUTION BZA 154-524 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA DENYING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1023 & 1025 FOURTH STREET WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, at a public hearing held on September 19, 1983 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall considered the request of Steve Legare for a variance to exceed the height limit on property legally described as Lots 16 and 17, Hopkins Subdivision of Lot 5, Block 86, Second Addition to Hermosa Beach Tract; and WHEERAS, written and oral testimony was presented at said puiblic hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Hermosa Beach does hereby deny the request by the following vote: AYES: Comms. Corder, Cutler, Williams, Chmn. Moore NOES: Comm. Berardo ABSENT: CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution B.Z.A. 154-524 was adopted by the Board of Zoning Adjustments of The City of Hermosa Beach, California, at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of September, 1983.
