HomeMy WebLinkAboutBZA Resolution 154-315 - (1734 The Strand)r RESOLUTION BZA -154-315 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1734 STRAND. WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, at a public hearing held on May 7, 1979 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall considered the request of Mr. and Mrs. John Altamura for a variance on property legally described as Lot 6, block 18, Hermosa Beach Tract. WHEERAS, written and oral testimony was presented at said public bearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Hermosa Beach does hereby grant the variances for encroachment, maintaining nonconforming sideyards and lot coverage increase with the condition of a deed restriction for single family dwelling until code requirements and City ordinances are fulfilled for higher density by the following vote: AYES: All NOES: None ABSENT: None CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution B.Z.A. 154- was adopted by the Board of Zoning Adjustments of The City of Hermosa Beach, California, at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of May, 1979. ff.ATE CHAIRMAN SECRETARY
