RESOLUTION P.C. 77-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE HERMOSA BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN ICE MACHINE
AT 1131 PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach held a public hearing on
January 10, 1977, to consider the request of Susan Tretlak for a conditional
use permit for an outside business of ice sales at 1131 Pacific Coast Highway;
and
WHEREAS, the Commission considered the zone, General Plan, location and area; and
WHEREAS, the Corrmission found the project to be consistent with the area, the
zone and the General Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Hermosa Beach Planning Conmission does
hereby approve a conditional use permit for an outside business of machine ice
sales at 1131 Pacific Coast Highway, subject to the fol lo11ing conditions:
1. Approval of exterior appearance and signing by the Improvement Corm1ission 0
2. Approval of installation by the Building Departmento
3. Six month r.eview
4. Plan to insure prevention of conflict between vehicular traffic using the
filling station and using the ice machine, to be determined by the Building
Department.
