Dennie called the meeting tt> order and presented the only item of business to be considered at this meeting.. Petition. of Ir;:t Hagenoucl~ ,. covering Lot 10, Block 29, First Addition to Hermosa Beach, situated at. 2456 Hermosa Avenue requesting permission to enclose existing porch. thus diminishing the established set·~back on this block from 14' to 8'. This petition had been considered at the regular meeting February 14th and held over. Comm~ H~neman moved that this petition be granted for the reasons thc1t the improvement will be of benefit to the entire neighborhood because of the improved condition of the porch and, also, the existing porch will not be extended out any further than it now iso Comme Black sec~ onded the motion, and Resolution NooPC 16 was adopted by the following vote: YES: NO: ABSENT: C0tOlo BLACK, DENNIE~ HANEMAN AND MAYOR ED~ARDS C0MMe FISHER AND MILLER COMMe HIXSON Comm..
