HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC_Minutes_1955_10_10_UndernoteMINUTES OF THE informal discussion of changes to be made to the proposed new zoning map and ordinance, following the regular meeting of the Planning Commission held Monday, October 10, 1955 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall. The following changes were recommended: 1. Change Lots 13, 14, 15, Block 81, Second Addition to Mermosa Beach from all C with M potential on rear portion to C to 100' dept~ with the rear portion M. 2. In the Greenwich Village area---change Lots 2 and Block 112, Shakespeare Tract to R-3 instead of C 3. Both sides of Manhattan Avenue between 8th and J.()t,h Streets were changed from RP to R-3, and the block between 10th Street and the C zone fronting on Pier Ave. were changed from R-3 to RP. Several changes previously suggested to be made to the Ordinance ~ere discussed, and Comm. Fisher said he would contact Mr. Kalicka to obtain the wording he suggests for some of these changes.
