The zoning of the property at 624 Prospec-t Ave. was referred ·;;o the Commission without recommendation by the Council, with the notation that a letter of protest was received from Harry Kalfin requesting that the property not be changed from R-2 to R-1. ). The zoning of the Ernst property at 531 Pier Avenue was, ref'erred to the Commission without recommendation by the Cowicil. r~. Rafter, attorney for Mr ..
