(Continued from the August 15, 2017 Meeting) Recommendation:The applicant requests a continuance from the September 19, 2017 meeting to the October 17, 2017 Planning Commission meeting while the applicant and architect work with staff on a compatible site layout where on-street parking is preserved and all vehicle access is provided from the alley (Boundary Place). ACTION: Motion by Commissioner Pedersen and seconded by Commissioner Rice to continue this item to the October 17, 2017 Planning Commission meeting, as requested by the applicant, while the applicant and architect work with staff on a compatible site layout where on-street parking is preserved and all vehicle access is provided from the alley (Boundary Place).
