Resolution(s) for consideration a. Resolution P.C. 03-56 denying a Variance request for lot coverage requirements at 259 31st Street. THE RECOMMENDATIONS NOTED BELOW ARE FROM THE PLANNING STAFF AND ARE REcowdE NATIONS ONLY. THE FINAL DECISION ON EACH ITEM RESTS WITH THE PLANNING COMMISSION. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT THE STAFF RECOMMENDATION WILL BE THE ACTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION. Section II Public Hearing(s) 6. VAR 03-6 -- Variance to allow a greater than 250 square foot addition on a property containing three units with less than two parking spaces per unit at 1427 Monterey Boulevard. Staff Recommended Action: To direct staff as deemed appropriate. 7.. CON 03-13/PDP 03-16 -- Conditional Use Permit, Precise Development Plan and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 27099 for a two -unit condominium at 1016-1018 17th Street. Staff Recommended Action: To approve said request. 8. CON 03-14/PDP 03-17 -- Conditional Use Permit, Precise Development Plan and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 60519 for a four -unit condominium at 714-726 loth Street. Staff Reconunen ed Action: To approve said request. Section III Hearing(s) 9, A-14 -- Appeal of Community Development Director's decision regarding convex slope at 1212 Loma Drive. Staff Recommended ended Action: To direct staff as deemed appropriate. 10. TEXT 03-15 -- Text Amendment regarding C-3 standard for mixed use development and General Plan amendment.
