resulting in a greater than 50% increase in valuation at 420 29th Street (continued from June
18 and July 16, 2002 meetings).

14. NR 02-.8 -- Remodel and expansion to an existing two-story dwelling, resulting in a greater
than 50% increase in valuation and exceeding 30% or more in exterior wall removal at 2408

request.
15. CON 00-22/PDP 00-25 -- Request for extension of a Conditional Use Permit, Precise
Development Plan and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 26172 for a three -unit
condominium at 636 9th Street.
Staff Reconinien e d, Action: To extend the expiration of Conditional Use Permit and
Precise Development Plan by on one year to August 20, 2003 and Vesting Tentative Parcel
Map to February 20, 2004.
16, A-14 -- Appeal of Community Development Department Director's decision regarding
determination of convex slope and street cut at 224 Hollowell Avenue.
