Coast Highway, Hermosa Pavilion.

10. CON 01-7/PDP 01-8 -- Conditional Use Permit, Precise Development Plan and Vesting
Tentative Parcel Map #26315 for a 2-unit Condominium at 703 1 Ith Street.
