MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:40 P.M. ROLL CALL : Present: Absent: Comm. Lagan, Watters and Chairman Stabler Comm. Collis, Mulfinger, Toole and Noble Chairman Stabler explained that as only three Commissioners were present, the others either out of town on vacation or business, the meeting would be adjourned to the next regular meeting of the Planning Commission on September 11, 1972 at 7:30 p.m. He said that the agenda will remain the same, with possible additions o C-72-13A representative of the "Ninth Wave" said that the business was suffering hardship until they received the release from the Alcoholic Beverage Control and postponement of their request, which chiefly concerned live entertainment and dancing, would further compound the problem. City Planner Crawford agreed to meet with the applicant on August 29, 197 2, and discuss a possible solution. Adjournment: 7:45 p.m. until September 11, 1972.
