A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF
HERMOSA BEACH APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP #30925 FOR
A 9 UNIT CONDOMINIUM (CONVERSION) AT 404 HERMOSA
AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach, at a public hearing
held June 11, 197 3, considered the request of J. F. Wilson for permission to convert
an apartment building into a 9 unit condominium on portions of lots 1 and 2 of Block 38,
1st Addition to Hermosa Beach Tract, known as 404 Hermosa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it is the opinion of the Planning Commission that
said conversion meets the current zoning and subdivision regulations of the city;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission hereby approves
said tentative map and recommends same to the City Council.
