A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF
HERMOSA BEACH APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP #31558 FOR
A 27 UNIT CONDOMINIUM (CONVERSION) AT 15 FIFTEENTH
STREET
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach, at a public hearing
held June 11, 197 3, considered tile request of Don Haggerty for permission to convert
an existing 27 unit apartment dwelling to a condominium subdivision on lots 19, 20, 33,
34 and 35, block 16, Hermosa Beach Tract, known as 15 -15th Street; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it is the opinion of the Planning Commission that
said conversion meets the current zoning and subdivision regulations of 1he city;
NOW THERE FORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission hereby approves
said tentative map and recommends same to the City Council.
