A RESOLD TION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF
HERMOSA BEACH APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP #31572 FOR
A 71 UNIT CONDOMINIUM (CONVERSION) AT 1730 ARDMORE
AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach, at a public hearing
held June 11, 197 3, considered the request of Ardmore Development Co. for per-
mission to convert a 71 unit apartment building into a condominium subdivision on
lots 8 and 91 block 81, tract 2nd Addition to Hermosa Beach, located at 1730 Ard-
more Avenue; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it is the opinion of the Planning Commission
that said conversion meets 1he current zoning and subdivision regulations of the city;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission hereby
approves said tentative map and recommends same to 1he City Council.

Ayes: Comm. Chenen. Collis. Osterman, Rosenberger and Chairman Noble
Noes: None
