C. 154-889 A RESOLU TION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH APPROVlliG TENTATIVE MAP #31559 FOR A 64 UNIT CONDOMlliIUM (CONVERSION) AT 2411 PROSPECT AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach, at a public hearing held June 11, 197 3, considered the request of Don Haggerty for permission to convert an existing apartment dwelling of 64 units t.o a condominium subdivision on lot 5, block 83, tract second addition t.o Hermosa Beach, located at 24th Street and Prospect Avenue; and WHEREAS, after due consideration, it is the opinion of the Planning Commission that said conversion meets the current zoning and subdivision regulations of 1he City; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission hereby approves said tentative map and recommends same t.o 1he City Council.
