HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Resolution 154-924RESOLUTION P.C. 154-924 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH APPROVING A FIVE~UNIT APARTMENT WITH 930 SQUARE FEET P~R UNIT AT 331 MANHATTAN AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach at its meeting of September 24, 1973, considered a request by Terraco Investment Company for a five-unit apartment at 331 Manhattan Avenue, Lots 15 and 16, Tract 1076; and WHEREAS, the project provides reasonably sized units and amenities such as trash compactors, larger closets, larger balconies, double party walls with full insulation, storage areas in the balcony; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission felt the granting of this request would not be detrimental to the neighborhood and that the applicant has sufficient land area to provide adequate amenities for residential 1 i Vi ng; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Planning Conmission approves the development of a five-unit apartment at 331 Manhattan Avenue with 930 square feet of lot area per unit.
