A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH
APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #31738, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Convnission of Hermosa Beach, at a public hearing held
October 29, 1973, considered the request of James c. Gerlach for permission to
subdivide Lot 4, Block 50, First Addition to Hermosa Beach Tract, known as 1628
Manhattan Avenue, into four townhouse condominium sites; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, it was sho.vn that the proposed subdivision was
consistent with the Planned Development Permit #C-73-11 a)Jo.ving a Planned Develop-
ment townhouse condominium; and
WHEREAS, no special dedication of park land, sewer fees, or street improvements
are needed on this site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of Hennosa Beach
hereby approves said tentative tract map #31738, subject to the completion of all
conditions of Planned Development Permit #C-73-11, and reconvnends same to the City
Counci 1.
