A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA
BEACH APPROVING AND RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF AN AMEND-
MENT TO THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN.

collector streets.
Alleys -alleys provide secondary access to multiple family lots, and primary
access to walk street lots.
