A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH
APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #32173 LOCATED AT 15TH STREET
AND BEACH DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Conmission of Hermosa Beach, at a public hearing held
December 10, 1973, considered the request of J. Berggren for approval of tentative
tract map #32173, a condominium subdivision located at the intersection of 15th
Street and Beach Drive and comprising Lots 1, 2, and 3,of Block 16, Hermosa Beach
Tract; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing no persons appeared to speak against the proposed
condominium subdivision; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that said tract map conforms to state and city
regulations, provided:
a. Planned Development c-73-12 is completed as approved.
b. Protective sidewalk is provided on Beach Drive; and
WHEREAS, the final map cannot be approved until the above is accomplished;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach
hereby approves said tentative tract map subject to the following conditions:
1. That the final development plans for Planned Development C-73-12 PD be approvedo
2. That a curb, gutter, and three-foot wide walkway be provided on Beach Drive.
