A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH
REVOKING RESOLUTION P.C. 154-784 WHICH HAD GRANTED PERMISSION
FOR LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND DANCING AT 22 PIER AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach, on its own initiative con-
sidered the revocation of Resolution P.C. 154-78l+, which had granted permission to
Hermosa Entertainment Corp. to present 1 ive entertainment and dancing in conjunction
with a cocktail bar at 22 Pier Avenue; and
WHEREAS, at said pub! ic hearing, held December 10, 1973, the Planning Commission
determined that the liquor I icense had been removed to another location, that the
establishment was closed, had been so since August 1, 1973; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it is the opinion of the Planning Commission that
the subject Conditional Use Permit c-70-11 is no longer in force and effect and should
be revoked;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach
hereby revokes and cancels Conditional Use Permit c-70-11 (Resolution P.C. 154-784)
and all rights and privileges granted thereby.
