A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
OF THE ZONING ORDHJANCE ESTABLISHING ARTICLE 19 RELATING TO
DEED RESTRICTIONS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 13, 1978
to consider an 1 a amendment to the Zoning Ordinance establishing Article 19
providing the City authority to require deed restiction; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed amendment codifies
a procedure that has been a normal process within the City making it clear
to the City and applicants the nature and usage of deed restrictions with
relation to city licenses and property; and
WHEREAS, the Commission noted that it provides that not only present owners
of property involved in city licenses and permits but all future owners as
well have clear and equal access to information concerning requirements
that are conditions of those licenses and permits.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby
approve and recommend to the City Council the amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance establishing Article 19 relating to deed restrictions.
