HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC_Resolution_154-745RESOLUTION P.C. 154-745 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH RECOMMENDING A CHANGE OF LAND USE ZONE CLASSIFICA- TION FROM M WITH R-3 POTENTIAL TO R-3, ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 201 - 301 VALLEY DRIVE. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach, at public hear- ing held August 4, 1969, considered the request of Kenland Development Company, Inc. for a change of land use zone classification from A with R-3 potential to R-3, multiple family, on lot 11, block L; Block M; and Block N, including abandoned railroad right of ways, located between 2nd Street and South School; and Valley Drive and Culper Street, under provisions of Article 15 of City Zoning Ordinance N.S. 154, as amended; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the precise plan for development of the subject property was reviewed and approved by the Commission as required under Section 1103 of City Zoning Ordinance N.S. 154, as amended; and WHEREAS, if developed in accordance with the approved plan, the property in question is deemed suitable for classification in the R-3 zone; and WHEREAS, the property is required to be developed in accordance with said plan under Section 1103; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach hereby recommends that the land use zone classification on this property be changed to R-3, multiple family subject to the approved precise plan, on file in the office of the City Planner, and subject to it and all conditions attached thereto. The foregoing Resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the 4th of August, 1969, by the following vote: AYES . Comm. Armer, Collis, Himmel, Noble, Stabler NOES . None ABSENT: Comm. Hamilton, Chairman Boice CERTIFICATION hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution P.C. 154-745 was adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach at a regular meeting held on the 4th of August, 1969.
