A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
DESIGNATING THE LAND USE CATEGORY OF "FREE
CLINIC".
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting held August 18, 1969, the City Planning
Commission of Hermosa Beach considered the request of the South Bay
Free Clinic for a designation of land use zone classification; and
WHEREAS, Sections 800-C(31) and 1101 of City Zoning Ordinance NS154
specify that the City Planning Commission shall designate the land use
category for otherwise unlisted uses; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it is the opinion of the Planning Com-
mission that the use as described by the applicants would be similar to
hospitals and such like;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said use "Free Clinic" for
medical and psychological care and advice may be permitted in the C-3
General Commercial Zone subject to the granting of a Conditional Use
Permit.
