A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION P. C.
154-745 RELATING TO PRECISE PLAN #21.
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held January 5, 1970, the City Planning
Commission of Hermosa Beach considered the request of Kenland Develop-
ment Company to amend Precise Plan #21 as it applies to lot 11 of Block
L, Block M and Block N of Tract No. 2002, located at 201 Valley Drive in
an M with R-3 Potential zone; and
WHEREAS, due consideration of proposed building elevations and plot plans
submitted and labeled herewith "Exhibit A" and "Exhibit B" respectively has
been made; and
WHEREAS, no neighboring property owners appeared in protest to the revised
plans; and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Planning Commission, said elevations and
plot plans are acceptable subject to certain amendments below enumerated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Precise Plan #21 is hereby
amended to provide that elevations of all buildings shall be in substantial
conformance to "Exhibit All except tha.t the colors shall be less intensive in
hue than shown on said Exhibit A; and to provide that the new plot plan
labeled "Exhibit B" shall be substituted for the original plot plan approved
under Resolution P. C. 154-745, except that buildings abutting driveway on
northerly boundary of tract shall have a minimum setback of twenty-six feet
from said boundary and driveway shall provide a minimum clear width of nine-
teen feet.
All other conditions and restrictions of Resolution P. C 154-745 are to remain
in force and effect.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regu-
lar meeting held on the 5th of January, 1970, by the following vote:
AYES: Comm. Collis, Mulfinger, Stabler, Watters, Noble.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Boice, Himmel.
