1. Approval of minutes from regular meeting of
August 10, 1970.
2. Further review requested by City Council of
variance granted by the Board of Zoning Ad-
justments to Harold Hargrave on property at 144
and 148 Lyndon.
Applicant would erect two 4-unit apartment houses,
one on each Jot, in lieu of ma~imum allowable of
two units per Jot.
