2 . Approval of minutes from regular meeting of October 26,
1970.
3 . Application for variance from Jerilou and Roger Cossack,
3422 Hermosa Avenue; Lot 3, Block IOI, Shakespeare Tract.
Applicant would remove 6 1 x 8 1 enclosed porch and wooden
stairs on front of single residence and replace with
open wood deck and stairs extending 6 1 x 24 1 along front
of residence approximately 4 1 above grade and encroach-
ing into required 10 1 front setback to within 11 311 of
front property line. Existing residence with existing
porch encroaches to within 11 311 of front property I ine.
RESOLUTION B.Z.A . 3 1 ADOP TED GRANTING VARIANCE
4. Ree va l uat i on, at City Council's request, of B.Z.A. Reso-
lution 154-28 which denies Albert Unruh a variance in
order that he might convert an existing single-family
residence with a 1-car garage into 3 units with the ad-
dition of 2 parking spaces, in lieu of the required 2-car
garage and I parking stall. Property located at 421
Hermosa, Hermosa Beach, Calif.
