AGENDA
I. Approval of the minutes from the regular meeting
of February 12, 1970.
2. Application for a variance by Orville Gertsch at
1125 9th Street, in the City of Hermosa Beach,
California, Lots 9 and 10, Block 144, Redondo Villa
Tract.
Applicant plans to add a second floor (over 40"/4 to
total floor area} to an existing structure which
has 3411 sideyards in I ieu of required 5 ft. New
construction would maintain 3411 sideyards and would
consist of a family room and half bath.
