1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Approval of minutes from regular meeting of
February 22, 1971.
3. Application from Chan A. Chandler requesting a variance
in order to divide three 25 foot Jots into two Jots-one
lot to be 40 foot wide, and the other to be 35 foot wide.
Said lots located at 635 24th Place, and legally de-
scribed as Lots 20, 21, and 22, Hermosa View Tract #2,
R-1 Zone, per tentative parcel map submitted.
