I. Pledge of allegiance
2. Approval of minutes from regular meeting of April 19, 1971.
3. Application from Eve Roll and William Buckland requesting
a variance to build a duplex on a substandard sized lot;
lot being 29.39 ft. x 8o ft., 2351 sq. ft. in land area,
in lieu of the required 2400 sq. ft. for two units on an
R-2 lot. Said lot located at 2054 Monterey Ave., legally
described as Lot 20, Tract 1868.
