1. Approval of minutes from regular meeting of July 7,
1971.
2. Application for a variance from Sunnyglen Construction
Company on property located at the SW corner of Hermosa
Avenue at 2nd Street; legally described as East part of
lot 8, Block 2, Hermosa Beach Tract.
To allow B & L Outdoor Advertising to install a tempor-
ary off-site subdivision directional sign for Sunnyglen
Construction Company for a proposed condominium within
the City. Said sign to be located in a C-1 zone, which
does not permit billboard signs. Sign to be located at
this site for a period not to exceed one year and is to
be used for no other type of advertising.
ADOPTED BZA 154-49 GRANTING VARIANCE.
