A severe Imposition would be placed on adjoining residences. The design, color of the building, and the proposed mstbod of distribution of food (either over counter or through window) indicates r that more study is needed by the applicant before a carte -blanche conditional use permit could be safely assured. That take-out business be permitted under the following conditions: Hours: between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Service: counter only - no window pass -through to exterior.
