A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH APPROVING SITE PLANS AND
ELEVATIONS OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1066 - 1st STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, at a regular meeting held
November 3, 19 69 , in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Hermosa
Beach, considered the request of Mr. and Mrs. C. T. Cysewski for
approval of 0 foot side yards on two adjacent lots, under provisions
of P. C. Resolution P. C. 154-717; and
WHEREAS, at said meeting it was decided that, in the opinion of the
Planning Commission, the proposed development met the stated condi-
tions and intent of said P. C. 154-717; and
WHEREAS, subject to certain conditions, the proposed development
would be beneficial to the city and to the neighborhood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission
hereby approves the request as submitted subject to the plot plans and
elevations submitted therewith and labeled "Exhibit A" and to provision
of landscaping in areas so designated thereon.
AYES: Comm. Collis, Himmel, Mulfinger, Stabler, Chairman Noble
