It is requested that anyone who wishes to`speak on any matter, please
give their name and address for the record.
Any complaints against the City Council, City Management, or
departmental operations will be submitted in writing to the City
Manager for evaluation by the appropriate department head prior to
submission to the City Council.
Complete agenda materials are available for public inspection in the
Hermosa Beach Police Department, Public Library, as well as the office
of the City Clerk.

e The Sand and Strand Run in February went very well.
o The Gary Moss Memorial Plaque will be unveiled at the
March 5 Police Department open house.
® With the aid of Financial Consultant Ed Grens staff
is completing the economic modeling. requested by the
Biltmore Site Committee. The Committee will then meet
to discuss the six alternatives.
A formal review of the pier structure has been made in
the aftermath of the several recent storms. No structural
damage was observed.
