(c) Councilwoman Tyson reported that due to unforeseen circumstances the visitors from Loreto had to cancel their visit scheduled for November 15 - probably January, 1975. (d) Councilman Barks requested that staff report to Council "on ways we could possibly streamline city government; make it more efficient possibly some of the items that have to go before certain commissions now could be consolidated and handled by one commission - try to stop any overlapping - so people could accomplish what they want in the fastest possible manner Said report to be submitted to Council after a reasonable period of time." 10.City Manager - Miscellaneous. 0 11. to adjourn to a personnel session to discuss various personnel matters and legal matters at the request of the City Manager and the City Attorney.
