Mayor requested that reorganization of City Council be placed on April 17th agenda for selection of new Mayor, Finance Committee and city delegates to civic organizations and boards. Vo Michael d. Councilman Wise requested that Police Office/D'Amico be included ,% in letters of congratulations for saving life of man injured in recent incident. 11. to direct the problem of newspaper dispensing machines on public thoroughfares to the staff and the Improvement Commission with a 'y request that they investigate existing "newsstands" to see if they /1,'(i° conform with all city codes and recommend methods to control pedestrian safety hazards.
