the Mayors' and Councilmen's Seminar in Sacramento on May 14-16,

draw up amendment to code to encompass use of searchlights for

as Police Department Sergeants.
c. Mayor requested that reorganization of City Council be placed on
April 17th agenda for selection of new Mayor, Finance Committee and
