I. Approve the revisions to estimated revenue, appropriations, budget transfers and fund balances as shown herein and in the attached Revenue Detail Report, Additional Appropriations Report, Budget Transfers Report, and Budget Summary Report, with $10,000 to be retained toward the proposed Greenbelt project discussed tonight; 2. From the General Fund, approve the addition of $147,257 to the assigned fund balance for Contingencies in order to meet the City's target of 16% for this goal; add $244,981 to the Compensated Absences assignment to meet the goal amount of 25% of the current liability,. release remaining funds for unspecified contingencies set aside for 2016-17 and 2017-18 in the amounts of $227,854 and $371,237, respectively; 3. Staff was further directed to include, in the agenda item presented to the Public Works Commission, a report from a landscape architect with opinions on options within existing zoning requirements, making clear that the issue is to be brought back as time allows, secondary to more pressing projects that have been in the works for a longer period of time, and noting that it may be considered as part of next year's budget if not included this year. Motion Fangary, second Armato. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Additional Action: To extend tonight's meeting to 11:30 p.m. Motion Armato, second Massey. The motion carried 4-0.
