1) Adopt Resolution No. 16-7045, entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF
HERMOSA BEACH. CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING FEES FROM THE FEE
STUDY UPDATE," which includes a new fee for public tree removal; and
2) Direct staff to assess the disabled parking fee, but to waive it for those with a
household income of $75,000 or less (this waiver would require an affidavit).
Motion Fangary, second Armato. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
Additional Action: To direct staff to let Beach Cities Health District know that Hermosa police
officers no longer install baby seats, and to see if they can instead provide that service to the
community.
Motion Massey, second Fangary. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
5b) REPORT CONSIDERATION OF OPTIONS FOR CONSOLIDATING FUTURE

OFFICIALS ACCORDINGLY; AND INTRODUCING AN ORDINANCE
TO CHANGE THE DATE OF GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS

Closed Session, which will convene in the Council Chambers and move to the second floor conference
