A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A LICENSE FEE FOR
TOBACCO RETAILER LICENSE AND ANNUAL RENEWAL; AND TO
ADD THIS FEE TO THE MASTER FEE RESOLUTION
SECTION 1. Recitals — Tobacco Retailer License Ordinance.
1. Ordinance No. 18-1389 was adopted by the City Council to establish definitions,
standards and procedures for granting a new license referred to as Tobacco Retailer License.
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH,
'ALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 2. That the •following license fee be added to the City's Master Fee Schedule fo
a Tobacco Retailer License:

Initial Application
$404.00*
Annual Renewal
$344.00
16 SECTION 3. The above fees shall become effective immediately.

SECTION 4. *The initial application fee shall be waived for tobacco retailers that are
currently licensed with the State of California to sell tobacco products.
